I´ve just signed up to say this…

I´ve just signed up to say this goodoffer is a scam. I bought a key on March and it´s already expired. I knew this keys were from institutions, and I already bought another one from the same place because I was on a hurry and I didn´t want to look up for another place. After reading all this comment, I now regret about it, and probably this key will last another 3 months. Better off with an official one...

Their WIN10 Licences are OEM

They won't tell you that the licence is OEM.
I purchased my Windows 10 Pro licence thinking that i could activate it on August (actually June), but was not until i asked to Customer Service that if it was Retail (binded to your Microsoft Acc) or OEM (binded to your PC). Sadly it was OEM, that means that if my pc get dead, or their licenses get deactivated, or i need a change of a new pc, the licence stops working, and the money goes to the trash.
Fortunatly i asked for a refund to "Lin (Customer Service)", so in 1 week i'll get an aswer.

Edit: I got my refund in the time they said. Great client service!

Fraude. MUCHO CUIDADO

Fraude. Las licencias se desactivan en unos meses.
No solucionan el tema y además mientes. la respuesta que me han dado tras habla con ellos: "Your order time took too long and has already exceeded our 6 months compensation time period , so we cannot compensate you now , SORRY . if you will , you can make new order in our website , and we can give you a discount code : ;for buying MS prodcuts in the website vip-scdkey."

Keys have an expiration date

They sold me 2 Windows 10 Pro keys which do not work on Windows 10.
When asked about this they told me that the keys were actually good but they expired so I have to buy new keys.
There is no info on their page nor in the email I received from them when buying the keys that they have an expiration date

I've paid for an Office Key that doesnt work

I've paid for an Office Key. One month after, when I try to use it for the first time, it didn't work. When I talked with the support the told me that they already gave me the key so that's it, they will not refund me or give me a new key, but they can give me a discount to buy a new one. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

THROWING MONEY! When my first key was blocked after 1 days I was assigned a second. That key was only worth a few hours to me. The key to the other product is invalid after 4 days. When I contacted Goodoffer24, after my claim that they were assigning the same key to other customers, they no longer responded to my messages. Goodoffer24 keys are a scam. THROWING MONEY!

Goodoffer24 is the most common scammers...

Personally, I didn't buy anything here, but my friend did. His license keys didn't work, but I thought maybe it was an exceptional case. But judging from the comments I read on trustpilot, it's all true and Goodoffer24 is the most common scammers. I didn't even know that you can be so horrible with your own customers. It's like a new level of awfulness. For all I know, it's a shame my friend never got his money back.

Can you share a success story using Good Offer 24?

There will be no success story, but it's a failure story for me. They will sell Pirated Keys. I have experienced this after buying MS Office 2016 pro. Key may work initially, but later it will say that key is invalid. When I checked with Microsoft they clearly told that the key is pirated and hence they have blocked the key. Don't buy from Goodoffer24.com. Waste of money

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Good Offer 24?

If you complain regarding their pirated keys they will never respond. Don't ever buy from them. They sell pirated keys
